    I have bought a flat in "Green City" pune. Handewadi road... I have bought it on 10/10/10 but still (afer 2 yrs) I havn't received the possession. Should I approach consumer court or should I talk to the builder. They said it would be given in Dec 12, but I am not convinced with the time... Please suggest... Also what is the future propects of that project and should I keep that flat with me for another 10 Years or selling it in another 1 -2 Yrs would be a good option.. please suggest... Unless the over bridge near railyway crossing is built, its difficult to manage through the traffic on that road and the crowded area... Do you think I should move to some other place like Margosa Heights or Marvel project near Coriantians club.... Need you suggestions.... Thanks Pradeep

    I have a query in regard to PRA developers 'East Avenue' project at Nagar-Wagholi road.

    I have booked a flat last year with Rs 3450/square feet as base rate, I had planned to shift to wagholi in coming 3-5 years period assuming it would be developed till then and I could be amongst those who could take advantage of early investment at wagholi.
    But I am yet not sure about East Avenue`s status, I mean even they themselves are not sure if this project would materialize as they did not receive NA yet. Shall I keep my money invested considering a good appreciation I could receive in future and assuming East Avenue would materialize or shall I take out my money and reinvest in better opportunity ??

    I would really appreciate if you could respond to this query.

    We are living in Oxy Valley project of Venkatesh Developers on Bakori road wagholi. Builder is handing over the society to us but basic amenities I.e. Water is still not available. It is getting supplied by tankers. The builder is saying he laid down the pipeline, and water Will be provided by corporation or gram Panchayat in future. But there is no sign of water from both sources. In that case,

    1. what action we residents should take?

    2. Who is responsible of making provision for water.

    3. How builder got the completion certificate if basic amenities like water is not provisioned.

    Please provide your valuable inputs and suggest us a way forward to resolve this water crisis.
