Bombay High Court gives last chance to Shirish, son of DSK

New Marathi YouTube video update about DSK Fraud by Vijay Kumbhar & Ravi Karandeekar:




In the last 3 months, Shirish, son of DSK & Hemanti, could not spare time to meet his lawyers. That's why his lawyers could not prepare reply to the affidavit filed by Pune Police. So Bombay High Court has given time to Shirish till 5th of June.

Certainly, this is not a positive development. But the F D Holders & Flat Buyers should not get discouraged by it. Says Vijay Kumbhar in the new Youtube video update about DSK Fraud.

Besides, the bail of Shirish, Vijay Kumbhar also talks about the efforts of DSK Supporters who are trying to get bail for DSK who is in Yerwada Jail for nearly 80 days. They believe that if DSK comes out on bail, he will return their money.

These are the members of DSK's gang. Who are trying to free their leader from the jail. Some of them may know where DSK has hidden the money stolen from the F D Holders & Flat Buyers. The best way to free DSK on bail is to share the information about where DSK has hidden the stolen money. Says Vijay Kumbhar.

1 for 1. If you have lost 1 Rupee in DSK Fraud, the only way to recover that Rupee is to pay us 1 Rupee. We will takeover DSK projects, complete it and return your money in the form of a flat. Appeals 'Team Unity' to DSK F D Holders, DSK Loan Holders, DSK NCD Holders, Creditors of DSK. Inshort all DSK victims.

I feel that this 'Team Unity' believes that the only way to recover your lost money is to put the same amount of money in danger. Says Vijay Kumbhar and warns all to ignore such irrational & impractical offers.

The police investigation is at an advanced stage. Out of 3,000 plus crores DSK has stolen only some small amount has been spent. It means that DSK must have hidden some 2000 plus crores somewhere. Booking a flat in an under construction project is a good idea.

You get great emotional satisfaction & income tax benefit.

Builder gets interest free funds.

Banks earn interest from the home loans.

Municipal Corporation / PMRD - gets development charges

Government gets revenue from the Stamp Duty and GST.

Steel & Cement cartels earn huge profits.

Construction material suppliers get good business.

Construction laborers get daily wages.

DSK has looted 470 Crore Rupees from the flat buyers

Considering the scope and gravity of the crime, the special judge J T Utpat has decided to keep Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni & Hemanti Kulkarni locked up in his custody at Yerawada Jail.

For years the actual business of DSK & Hemanti was looting public money - the Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Pravin Chavan claimed in his argument.

The construction business - D S Kulkarni Developers Ltd. - was just an excuse to loot the flat buyers, Fixed Deposit Holders, Non Convertible Debenture Holders, Investors, Moneylenders, Banks & Financial Institutions.

Over the years, DSK & Hemanti have looted some 3,000 Crore Rupees from them. 1374 Crores from the banks, 470 Crores from the flat buyers, 110 Crores from Debenture Holders, 1153 Crores from F D Holders

By selling lands or even by constructing and selling flats on these lands only 500 - 600 crores can be generated - it means that it's not possible to recover 3,000 crores DSK & Hemanti have looted.

To loot the flat buyers, DSK's tools were - glamorous launch event of the project, full page color ads, hoardings at every corner, news stories praising the builder and the project, TV commercials on all channels, 'No EMI till Possession' payment schemes from the private banks.

Though DSK is in the jail, all DSK projects are stalled, all private banks are harassing the DSK flat buyers for the EMI, many Pune flat buyers are booking flats with the builders who are using the same tools DSK has used. This worries me a lot.

Besides looting public money, DSK & Hemanti have committed perjury against Bombay High Court.

A person who can wilfully tell an untruth - make a misrepresentation under oath - in the High Court - can cheat any citizen. Can tamper the evidence. May flee the country. So he should not get the bail. Claimed Advocate Chavan.
