Bombay High Court gives last chance to Shirish, son of DSK

New Marathi YouTube video update about DSK Fraud by Vijay Kumbhar & Ravi Karandeekar:




In the last 3 months, Shirish, son of DSK & Hemanti, could not spare time to meet his lawyers. That's why his lawyers could not prepare reply to the affidavit filed by Pune Police. So Bombay High Court has given time to Shirish till 5th of June.

Certainly, this is not a positive development. But the F D Holders & Flat Buyers should not get discouraged by it. Says Vijay Kumbhar in the new Youtube video update about DSK Fraud.

Besides, the bail of Shirish, Vijay Kumbhar also talks about the efforts of DSK Supporters who are trying to get bail for DSK who is in Yerwada Jail for nearly 80 days. They believe that if DSK comes out on bail, he will return their money.

These are the members of DSK's gang. Who are trying to free their leader from the jail. Some of them may know where DSK has hidden the money stolen from the F D Holders & Flat Buyers. The best way to free DSK on bail is to share the information about where DSK has hidden the stolen money. Says Vijay Kumbhar.

1 for 1. If you have lost 1 Rupee in DSK Fraud, the only way to recover that Rupee is to pay us 1 Rupee. We will takeover DSK projects, complete it and return your money in the form of a flat. I feel that this 'Team Unity' believes that the only way to recover your lost money is to put the same amount of money in danger. Says Vijay Kumbhar and warns all to ignore such irrational & impractical offers.

The police investigation is at an advanced stage. Out of 3,000 plus crores DSK has stolen only some small amount has been spent. It means that DSK must have hidden some 2000 plus crores somewhere. DSK has looted 470 Crore Rupees from the flat buyers

No bail for Bunty aur Babli - DSK & Hemanti Kulkarni - of D. S. Kulkarni Developers Ltd.!

Considering the scope and gravity of the crime, the special judge J T Utpat has decided to keep Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni & Hemanti Kulkarni locked up in his custody at Yerawada Jail.

For years the actual business of DSK & Hemanti was looting public money - the Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Pravin Chavan claimed in his argument.

The construction business - D S Kulkarni Developers Ltd. - was just an excuse to loot the flat buyers, Fixed Deposit Holders, Non Convertible Debenture Holders, Investors, Moneylenders, Banks & Financial Institutions.

Over the years, DSK & Hemanti have looted some 3,000 Crore Rupees from them. 1374 Crores from the banks, 470 Crores from the flat buyers, 110 Crores from Debenture Holders, 1153 Crores from F D Holders

By selling lands or even by constructing and selling flats on these lands only 500 - 600 crores can be generated - it means that it's not possible to recover 3,000 crores DSK & Hemanti have looted.

To loot the flat buyers, DSK's tools were - glamorous launch event of the project, full page color ads, hoardings at every corner, news stories praising the builder and the project, TV commercials on all channels, 'No EMI till Possession' payment schemes from the private banks.

Though DSK is in the jail, all DSK projects are stalled, all private banks are harassing the DSK flat buyers for the EMI, many Pune flat buyers are booking flats with the builders who are using the same tools DSK has used. This worries me a lot.

Besides looting public money, DSK & Hemanti have committed perjury against Bombay High Court.

A person who can wilfully tell an untruth - make a misrepresentation under oath - in the High Court - can cheat any citizen. Can tamper the evidence. May flee the country. So he should not get the bail. Claimed Advocate Chavan.

DSK lands himself in the Yerawada Jail soup

I demand an affidavit of Investigating Officer stating that he will be held responsible if DSK dies. Cried Shrikant Shivade, advocate of DSK.

Why are you so pessimistic - so negative? Don't you know that if you keep on thinking negative thoughts - your negative thoughts turn into reality? Look at us. We were thinking positively. Our positive thoughts turned into reality and we got the custody of DSK! The Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Pravin Chavan said.

The crowd gathered in J. T. Utpat court laughed quietly.

My lord, police want DSK dead. That's why they sent him to Yerawada Jail. Police know that the jail dispensary is not equipped to treat DSK who is a severe diabetic patient. Advocate Shivade complaint.

But you demanded judicial custody for DSK. You sent him to Yerawada Jail. SPP Pravin Chavan said.

Instead of sending him to Yerawada Jail - the police should have produced DSK in the court today. Ad. Shivade said.

How can we produce him in the court? DSK was not in our custody. He was in judicial custody. Today, the panel of doctors in Sasoon Hospital gave a report that DSK is fit - since he was in judicial custody - he was sent to Yerawada Jail. SPP Chavan said.

The police kept me in the dark. They didn't give me the medical reports. Isn't this enough to prove that they want DSK dead? What will happen in case of medical emergency? They will treat him in Sasson Hospital. You know? Sassoon Hospital is a den of corruption. The doctors and facilities are substandard. Sending DSK to Sasson means planning to kill him. Ad. Shivade said.

Accused in judicial custody is treated at Sassoon Hospital only. SPP Chavan said.

Give DSK police custody. In case of medical emergency treat DSK in Dinanath Hospital. Begged Ad. Shivde.

Sure. Police don't mind about custody. But the accused in our custody is treated at Sassoon Hospital only. SPP Chavan said.

In that case - I demand an affidavit from Investigating Officer stating that he will be held responsible if DSK dies. Cried Shrikant Shivade, advocate of DSK.

Ignoring the quietly laughing crowd - the court started dictating order about sending DSK to police custody.

The last sentence of the order was - "in case of medical emergency police should give him proper medical treatment."

Ad. Shivade was happy to send DSK to police custody but was unhappy about the medical treatment. So, again he insisted on Dinanath Hospital.

We all care for his well being. Said the court and added - "preferably at Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital"!

So, till 1st of March, DSK is out of the frying pan and into the fire!

A visit to Karan Suncoast at Bavdhan Budruk, near Kothrud

I visited Karan Suncoast only because I wanted to spend an evening with my old friend Kalpana. She looks after it's marketing.

Her assistant picked me up on Mumbai Bangalore Highway. As we reached the main entrance gate of the project, I told him to stop. I got down and started taking photographs. In the evening light, both the buildings were looking quite good.

"Look at this children's play area," said her assistant and took me there. He went on suggesting and I went on following him. This way I saw the entire project. Including the jogging track by Ramnadi. Then we visited a few ready to move in flats in the A Building.

While we were enjoying the sunset from the terrace of a flat, her assistant pointined at two people standing near the club house and said - "There he is - Jadhav Saheb - the builder".

"The builder of this project?," I asked him.

"Yes!," he said.

"You are pulling my legs. Builders never visit their sites," I said.

"But Jadhav Saheb is at the site every day. Would you like to meet him?," he said.

"Would he like to meet me?," I said.

"Let us find out," He said and we went down to meet Mr. Jadhav.

"Since Kalpana told me that you are coming......I was looking forward to meet you. I am Sunil Jadhav," shaking my hand Mr. Jadhav said.

"Meet my son Karan.... he plays cricket," very proudly Mr. Jadhav said and took me to the conference room at the clubhouse cum sales office.

"I haven't written about your projects.....but I am following your projects for years," looking around for Kalpana, I said.

"Do you like this one - Suncoast?," Mr. Jadhav said.

"I came to visit Kalpana - but spent the entire evening visiting & taking photographs of the project. After a long time, I saw a project which is developed with a lot of care & affection. It looks like you enjoy this business. Am I right?," I said.

"Yes! This business gives me a lot of satisfaction & a good amount of money," said Mr. Jadhav.

"Satisfaction! Isn't money enough for you?," I asked.

"No! Both are equally important!!," said Mr. Sunil Jadhav and told me about himself. He is a civil engineer from Wai. After working in India & Middle East, some 20 years ago, he started his own construction company in Pune. He has completed some 20 projects and given possession of some 2,500 flats.

"Look at these photos....," keeping his mobile in front of me, Mr. Sunil Jadhav said.

"Every Diwali I give away gifts to my workers," Mr. Jadhav said.

"Personally supervising the construction.....trying to give quality....taking care of the workers....all is good....but what about the ambition of becoming a big brand....no advertising....no multiple ongoing projects....how do you manage to avoid the trap of becoming a big builder....what is so good about remaining a small player? Are you a businessman or an artist?," I asked.

"I am a businessman.....who doesn't believe in over trading.... who hates debt....," Mr. Jadhav said.

"Every project is your baby.....you love it from your heart....you nurture it well....when your flat buyers admire your baby - you feel proud of yourself....and this keeps you going...Right?," I said.

"Right!," Mr. Sunil Jadhav said.

"You know? You are old school. In the last century - when I was in real estate advertising....every builder was like you....a creator.....I used to admire my clients....but after 2001, you creators became criminals.....you are an exception...," I said.

"Not really! There are many like me!!," Mr. Jadhav said.

"Glad to know that! That's what actually flat buyers look for - a builder who gives his 100 percent to the project!," I said.

What say you?

When you ask me - "Is this project worth considering?" - all you want to know is - "I am giving my 100 percent - Is this builder also committed to give his 100 percent to complete the project?"

On my way to Cocoon Hotel at Magarpatta City, I was a bit worried. Because of the long weekend of 26th, 27th & 28th Pune city was sort of deserted. I got a place to sit in PMPML buses. Morning walk in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa

Disobeying God is a sin:

Get up and go for a morning walk. Early in the morning, God told me.

Tell me something I love to do. I told him.

Don't you love morning walks? You came to me on the morning of 31st December. God said.

Come on! Don't try to pull my legs. You don't look like Vetal Baba. I said.

I am. God said.

If you are - then don't you know about my knee injury? Last 3 weeks, I am not able to walk properly. I said.

I know. Still, I order you to go for a morning walk. God said.

Sorry. It's impossible for me to walk all the way up to Vetal Tekdi. I said.

Go somewhere else! God said.

You know? I like the wilderness - an area of land that has not been used to grow crops or has no town and no roads built on it. I said.

Then take a morning walk on Ramashetti Road in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa. God said.

Are you mad? There are no trees like we have here! I said.

You didn't say what you want - you only said what didn't. As far as I know, there are no crops, no roads, no human settlements in this part of Keshav Nagar. Go. Walk. It's my order. God said.

Okay. I said and took a walk on Ramashetti Road in Keshav Nagar. After all, disobeying God is a sin. Here is what I saw there -
