  1. Really good to see such scams being brought to light. Don't know why there is such a large population of yedas who go & buy anything without doing proper legal check ?
No wonder builders get large number of ready-made bakras because there is no shortage of yedas in the market.

Techie says developer neglected to give him promised flat in 2012 as per their agreement; police charge the builder under IPC and MOFA

A flat buyer has filed an FIR with Kondhwa police against a developer, who allegedly did not hand over his dream house.

The 45-year-old techie complainant told police that it was in July 2009 that he bought the 800-plus square feet flat, which came with a balcony. Back then, then the building was under construction, and he was sold a first-floor flat in the G-Wing of Hubtown Countrywoods. His complaint states that in June 2010, an agreement was drawn up and signed in this regard.

With several more builders in line to go bankrupt, these type of cases are only going to increase in coming time. And as usual, builders will go absconding & buyers will be busy doing dharna here & there.

Alert investor stops sale of builder’s Rolls-Royce - (bankrupt builder was quietly selling his Rolls Royce car despite court issuing stay order on any asset sale)
