  2. On my visit to the site on Sunday 18th December 2011, The 2BHK Sample Flat was ready and was impressive. 880sq.ft was nicely cultured in to the 2 BHK. What more, as the site engineer said "All 3 BHK Flats have been Sold Out..!!" I said are u kidding, its being just 2 - 3 weeks in to advertising & 2nd day of the exhibition. How come it's sold out".. lolz.
