MIDC agrees to transfer plots to PCMC

Free of cost!

The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has agreed to transfer, free of cost, reserved land (in the Development Plan) to the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) for various public amenities (in MIDC areas.)

MIDC wanted to give the plots to the PCMC at commercial rates.
