Bye Bye Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain! Bye bye PBAP!!

Now, Promoters and Builders Association of Pune (PBAP) is called "Credai Pune".

And Mr. Satish Magar has become the first President!

"The worst is behind us now":

According to Mr. Hemant Naiknavare, 'the pessimistic outlook' is changing into 'positive sentiments'. It looks like that 'the worst is behind us now'.

Now, Credai Pune has decided to organize 8 property exhibitions in 10 months in the different parts of Pune. The Best of West Pune is the first.

Visit the site!

Today, smart property buyers know that, it is safe to book in a project which is more than 50% booked and the construction must be more than 70 % complete.

You can find out about the progress of the construction only if you visit the site. Since no builder gives you the names of the property buyers who have already booked in the project, you have to spend more time in the investigation.

Negotiations about the property rates happen only when you open your cheque book to give a booking amount. Means only after a few site visits with your spouse, your in-laws, your colleague and your vastu consultant.

When visiting the site is so important, i wonder, what is the point in visiting the exhibition? Just to make sure that you have not missed any good option! Or if you are just starting, to short list 10 projects for the site visit! What more can you get out of visiting the property exhibition? Please, share your ideas and tips in the comments. 1. Check builder history. As u r paying 90% at last slab builders are not ready to speed up work after that.

  2. Hello Sandy!

    Nice to see you.

    Your observation is right.

After the last slab internal work starts which takes around 6 months. In this phase more than speed what matters is the finishing. For example: laying tiles!

Obviously, in this period it looks like that things are moving slowly.

  3. People come, people see and they leave.

    No deals. Just waste talks.

  4. Really, looks like nobody is coming here

Probably thats why they are marching to COEP ground for anothe exhibitions.

See this, after countless times exhibitions in le-meredian and some posh hotels, buyers did not buy flats.

Then they went to various cities like Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nashik, Nagpur ..etc and fell on face.

Again thay are back to Pune. Launching one property show after anohter, tirelessly.

Greed ... there is no stopping.
