Goa property prices are rising, a one-acre plot for Rs 4 crore

India's most sought after party zone is fast becoming a place to settle down but a home next to the sea or to the dance floor does not come cheap. Prices are rising notwithstanding the decision to scrap the controversial regional plan which has blocked many big ticket construction projects. Thanks to scrapped plan!
