"How long do you think this boom will last? Is it here to stay?" Mihir Sambhus

Mihir is not the only one who wants to know! We all have our own opinions and ideas about real estate boom in Pune. Today, on the occasion of an Independence Day let us not debate over it. Let us have a look at how we all are enjoying our freedom. "Within an hour or so, I had captured more than 50/60 banners!" writes Mihir Sambhus in his blog "Mihir's Thoughts". Thanks Mihir! Big players are now coming to our tire three city, FDI and REIT and private funds are also keen to invest in Pune. Who knows, who will rule the market tomorrow? Let us enjoy this Independence!
