"Demolish encroachments" Anil Bhosale, Leader of the House

Ramnadi, August 5, 2007:

"The ruling Nationalist Congress Party in the PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation)
does not support any builder
and will fully support the administration in the drive.
However, I have asked Pardeshi (Pravinsinh Pardeshi, Municipal Commissioner)
to pull down the constructions and encroachments of big builders on priority,
instead of initiating action against the huts of the local farmers," Bhosale told reporters.

"The developer of the said housing scheme
has illegally constructed a mini-dam on the premises.
The two hotels have constructions that encroach on Ramnadi.
However, these three encroachments do not find a mention in the collector's list
and hence a separate inspection is needed," Bhosale said.'Demolish encroachments'-Pune-Cities-The Times of India

"No hasty action or announcement should be made under political pressure," Lalitkumar Jain, president of the Promoters and Builders Association of Pune (PBAP)
