‘Private equity capital shares the developer’s risk’

Indiareit Fund, a real estate venture capital fund promoted by the Piramal group, has a corpus of $100 million. It is also adviser to Indiareit Offshore Fund which has a corpus of $200 million. Recently, Indiareit Fund invested Rs 250 crore in Paranjape Schemes (Construction)’s 138-acre township in Pune.
