Means, I should write about you. Right? - was my standard response.

Yes, write a good blog about Gloria at Nande. In November 2013 you have written a blog - Bye Bye, Wakad....Hello, Nande Chande! At that point, construction had just started, now, we are at the finishing stage. Within a couple of months, we are going to give possession. Shrikant said.

Visit the site and write whatever you want. Sunil said.

Okay. Done. I told them & visited the site a few days ago. I took Market Yard Ghotawade bus at Vanaz on Paud Road at Kothrud and got down at Nande on Sus Pirangut Road. Anand Penkar, the sales executive at Gloria, was having lunch at the hotel next to the site. You know who was with him? Milind Talathi, the builder of Gloria, was eating his tiffin!

Builder at the site! Shocking!! I said.

This is just the beginning. Be ready. When you will see the site you will get more shocks. Anand said.

Now, I don't have to visit the site. I can take the next bus back to home. I know that when the builder supervises the construction - the project shapes well. I said.

But I stayed. Had Misal with them & visited the site. Visiting Gloria was a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to see so many workers working at the site to complete the project in totality. Flats, amenities, infrastructure, everything.

When Anand was showing the site, I video recorded him. This is only for my reference - I told him. After coming home when I saw the videos - I thought that - you will enjoy these videos too. You will feel his sincerity & confidence about Gloria. And if you are interested in buying a flat near Hinjewadi, you may feel like visiting Gloria!

This video is the first one. From the 12th floor of Gloria, Anand is showing me the surrounding area. From the first to the third phase of Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park at Hinjewadi. Amit Rujuta Ventures Ionia at Chande. Uninterrupted view of Mutha river. 60 meter wide Nande Lavale Pirangut D P Road which will connect to the upcoming ring road. .Amanora's upcoming project on the bank of Mutha. Sus Nande Road. Symbiosis International University, Flame University, Oxford Golf & Country Club, Lupin Laboratories at Lavale. Etc.

Anand was trying to convince me that how strategically located Gloria is. How it is suitable for the first time home buyer working in Hinjewadi. Particularly for those whose budget is in the range of 35 to 47 Lakhs.

Have look at the video. Even if you don't understand Marathi, the view will tell you a lot.

    I didn't get the logic what makes this project location good because one can see Hinjewadi phase 1,3 from 12th floor of building ? I can see moon even from ground floor parking, so does that mean it is close by ? Lol.

    - Any idea about land acquisition, funding for this road etc ? Just because someone says 60m DP road doesn't mean that road will indeed happen seeing what has happened in past several years where lot of things have remained on paper for past 10 years including this ring road.

    One thing which I have learnt is that there is no substitute for infrastructure & security of the neighborhood. This area has nothing in terms of infrastructure or security.
    Rather than spend 50L for 2BHK at such remote village, it's better to rent 2BHK at fraction of cost at more livable area in PMC or PCMC limits.

    And guess what was today's front page headlines in Indian Express ? It was about 1.14L Cr of bad debt which were waived off earlier & now with RBI tightening the nose, banks have no option left but to chase defaulters, builders included.
    And yes, I did observe big fall in number of Fortuners & other SUVs bearing dada, nana numbers in past one year. Seems guntha mantri builders too have ran out of cash.
