Who is the instigator of the conspiracy against Kumar Builders? Who is paying the protesters?

Why would any flat buyer in KUL Ecoloch Mahalunge stage the public demonstration against Kumar Builders KUL?

Why would any flat buyer in KUL Ecoloch give false information about their own project?

Why would any flat buyer in KUL Ecoloch complain about not getting possession - when the process of handing over flat possession is going on?

Why would any flat buyer in KUL Ecoloch complain about incomplete work - when Kumar Builders has provided Lifts, Roads, Water Treatment Plant, Fire Fighting Systems, Electricity, Kids Play Area, Designer Gate & Compound Wall, Interior Lobbies etc?

Why would any flat buyers in KUL Ecoloch complain against their builder - when Kumar Builders KUL has given higher specifications than promised?

Why would any flat buyer in KUL Ecoloch complain against their builder - when Kumar Builders has outperformed everywhere?

Why were there only a bunch of people demonstrating at Pune corporate office of Kumar Builders when KUL Ecoloch has 800 flats?

Is it because - the demonstrators were not the flat buyers in KUL Ecoloch Mahalunge?

Is it because - someone is conspiring against Kumar Builders?

To tarnish the reputation of Kumar Builders - is someone employing paid demonstrators?

Is there a conspiracy against one of the biggest & oldest real estate developer - Kumar Builders KUL?

Who is the instigator of the conspiracy against Kumar Builders KUL - who stand for a value system that is put into practice in its construction, progressive design, proactive customer service?

Mr. Anilkumar Yadav of Concept Public Relations India Ltd. has asked me to consider all above questions about the demonstration staged against Kumar Builders on 12th December 2015.

Response from Kumar Urban Development - was the subject line of the email.

Concept Public Relations India Ltd. is the reputation manager of Kumar Builders KUL. Mr. Anilkumar told me in the telephonic conversation.

Dear Mr. Anilkumar, I guess, you were expecting me to write something like this on 'Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Market News Blog'. Right?

  1. Your image in mirror is a reflection of who you are. What does a builder reasonably expects when possession is delayed by 3 years?

    Who is the instigator of the conspiracy against Kumar Builders? - unreasonable (3 years) delay in possession.

    Who is paying the protesters? - the protestors are protesting to save their own hard earned money. What do you expect from a flat buyer paying who is paying pre-EMI interest + rental for 3 years?

    And when CREDAI Pune took out protest against Govt in which LK Jain was also part of, who sponsored this protest ?? The opposition parties to defame the ruling parties ??

    So Mr. Anilkumar Yadav, shall I say first ask your client not to protest against Govt by taking support from opposition parties who are sponsoring CREDAI protests ?

    The arrogance of Pune builders is reaching to new high, they take money from buyers, themselves enjoy all that money but don't deliver flats to flat buyers who put in their savings and take loan for buying flat. Seems it is high time now that all prospective buyers decide to boycott buying flat in Pune as this is only the way builders can be taught proper lesson. Buy ready for possession flat with all approvals after prices fall by atleast 50%. This way not only buyers are safe, but builders will also understand the strength of buyers.

  3. KUL has cheated all 700 flat owners. Every flat owner loosing lacks of rupees every year because of KUL irresponsible beheviour. Latit Jain shoild be put in jail. The problem is that all polotical parties are corrupt and rin bu goons so called netas. If all buyes stands together central gov. Has to bow down in justice. What you say?

    1. Apart from monetary loss, who will pay for mental agony these 700 buyers & their families are suffering on daily basis ? The buyers should file case against builder for mental harassment also & seek compensation towards the it. This way atleast builder won't take things lightly.

    ..not pr for builder lobby. Credai død protest but what about loot they have done so far? I have froends in kul echo..there is no conspiracy. He has cheated them all

    I think buyers should just wait for months, years & decades to get the property possession legally...

    At Ecoloch, I was present on the protest & I know each & every member who joined this daring cause.

    All are Ecoloch owners, not a single outside person.

    Protest was planned, but we didn't intended to have it on that particular date.

    A meeting with Mr. Lalitkumar Jain was planned, we Ecoloch owners traveled from Hyderabad, Mumbai & all parts from Pune for a meeting.

    Mr. Karthik informed on 18th morning that Mr. LKJ is not in Pune & meeting needs to be postponed.

    Already we had multiple false possession commitments from Mr. LKJ.

    Regarding, Concept Public Relations India Ltd.
    Is Mr. Anilkumar available for a talk, We would like him to visit site on any day as per his convenience, just pull one agreement & check the reality what is promised against what is completed.

    Even today our Architect, Mr. Gokhale confirmed that he is going to cancel all previously issued 100% Architect completion certificates.

    Builder forcing people to pay 100% amount based on Architect certificate but yet there is no Water, electricity, lift back ups, only single lift installed, no compound wall, no security gates...

    Sorry, but Can't have all list of incomplete things, rather I will put the completed things here for majority of flats.

      - What I wonder is how did he issued them at first place ?? If possible, do ask that architect this question as even his reputation is now at stake.
      BTW, will KUL now refund the money back with interest taken from buyers based on wrong architect certificate ?
