Good Homes near Hinjewadi at Wakad, Pune!

In 2015 - Where to book a flat in Pune real estate market?:

Good properties sell themselves.
Believes Mr. Sudhir Karnataki, my neighbor & M. D. of Try Developers Pvt. Ltd. (www.trydevelopers.com)
And you know what? I can't disagree with him.

Because, my relatives, friends & neighbors who have purchased flats in Try Developers' Kanchan Jyoti, Kanchan Gauri, Kanchanban at Shivtirth Nagar on Paud Road at Kothrud say the same thing. Some found the flat on their own. Or somebody told them about it. Now, after 10 - 20 years they don't remember exactly how.

But, they know one thing for sure - Try Developers' property lasts long & appreciates well.

When I saw the floor plans of Kanchan Eleena and visited the under construction site at Kemse Vasti at Wakad, I realized that - now, those of you who are working in Hinjewadi &/or prefer to live at Wakad - are going to experience the same thing.

Kanchan Eleena, Kemse Vasti, Wakad is a mini township. No locha of Environmental Clearance. (Has all necessary sanction & approvals!) Only 3 wings. One for each type of flat. Around 141 Flats. All essential basic amenities. (Some on the terrace!) Enough parking.

  1. From the pictures posted, one thing is amply clear - The area lacks proper infrastructure & nowhere does it feel worth to pay 67L & above for 2BHK in such area.
    This builder 'maybe' good as you mentioned, but past experience need not be same as future.

    Being under-construction is again big no, even if sanctions are there as timely completion is not guaranteed. Rather ready for occupation flats are available at same or cheaper price, so why buy under construction flat ? Though I would rather rent a flat in Aundh at much cheaper cost than buy at Wakad.

  2. 67 L for a 2 BHK on the other side of the road ! That's not even Wakad... that's Hinjewadi annex ! I would much rather want to spend my life in the company of mosquitoes and birds by buying a tiny resale flat in Baner for that kind of money !
