When all property buyers in Pune don't mind buying "concept" - booking a flat at launch
- even at the pre-launch stage - of the project -
why do builders in Pune pretend that they are selling ready for possession properties?
Why they call - "Khulega Properties Ka Pittara" and show ready properties?

Every property buyer & builder in Pune knows that the sole purpose of a property exhibition is
to introduce a concept of new - upcoming projects, provide information about ongoing projects and
have a good interaction - conversation -
then why these service providers - works contractors -
as per the definition of the state & central government -
ask their paymasters to pay 30 rupees entrance fee?

I fail to understand why builders in Pune don't mean business.

Though for the construction of the flat
Pune property buyers pay in advance to the builders
no property buyer would have liked if the builders would have used the word "Bowl" or "Jholi".
both the words would have been as inappropriate as "Pittara".
Why? Because, property buyers in Pune mean business.

What say you? When you go for a job interview - how do you present yourself?
How builders should approach you?
What does Paymaster expect from Service Provider?

    Lets hope that this time people find some intereting animals in the zoo :D

    After the repo rate changes I as genuine home buyer expect some sensible business offerings from buiders.

  2. Dear ,

    builder are always concentrate to make the profit only. Now i know some properties, where parking allotment is not shown in the proposal but they will charge you 1.5 lakhs for the same.

    As court given order that parking allotment can't be done, as its common area for all.

    my expectations are very simple, pls keep some ethics , make profit but it don't mean that you have to take so much money from the pocket of Masters.
