    This is 5th project launch by Vastushod in 2012. (Excluding Talegaon D)

    Really good going.

    Sometimes wonder, How Vastushod is going to manage such increasing number of project's & work.

    They can definitely be more selective for new proposals: In terms of demanding more value to end customer.

    Brand is Built. Hardwork is done.
    No un-necessary need to rush for increasing number of projects.

    Thanks for the concern and suggestion !!
    We have always been pondering over the same !! We also do not want to get into a situation wherein we faulter on delivery and quality of a project !! We are ensuring that organization structure and back end support required to support this exponential growth is in place !!
    As of today for whatever projects are underway including the recently launched UG Kirkatwadi, we are well ahead of delivery schedules and I will let my customers speak on the quality parameters maintained at site !!
    I can assure you that we are ensuring that we do not get carried away by this high volume business and will always be focussed on deliverables of this business !!
    We are also working on new construction technologies like precast manufacturing and tunnel formwork which can turn out to be a boon for the affordable housing industry.

    Great to know your view on Rohit's comments and concerns raised. I have recently applied in "Urbangram Kondhawe Dhawade" and i am still waiting for your executive to call me. Can you please let me know when are we going to receive the call and what is the procedure thereafter as i have not got any satisfying answers whenever i have called your office. Awaiting your feedback.

    By the way let me tell you i am regular follower of Ravi's Blogs and his blog only made me think and apply for a 2BHK flat in your project. Ravi keep this good work on for people like me to take a decision.

    Thanks for the feedback !!
    We had first initiated allotments of AG, TD, then of UG CHAKAN and lately we have initiated allotments of UG PIRANGUT !! AG Wakhari will be the next followed by UG-KD. The same was informed to all during the interactions we had during VGSY.
    Kondhwe Dhavade received tremendous response and it is difficult for us to accommodate the huge number of applications in the land available for proposed project. Allottments should start late and you should receive a call from our side before August end !!

    Is there any problem with title of land for the Kolhapur project. Heard that some Kolhapur news paper carried an advertisement objecting to the scheme. I was thinking of investing in a two bhk.
