Skyline at Wakad: 3,550 per sq.ft. for 25 bookings!

Launch Property Rate for the first 25 bookings at Skyline at Wakad: Rs. 3,550 - instead of Rs. 3,800 per sq.ft.!

Can somebody tell me why is "Skyline at Wakad (www.skylineatwakad.com)" offering discounted property rate for the first 25 bookings?

No. Let me put it this way - Why Rs. 3,550 per sq.ft. only for the first 25 bookings? No. I am not interested in the number of bookings.

What i want to know is - Why Rs. 3,550 per sq.ft.? ...No. Not really! I am not interested in the launch rate.

What i really want to know is - Why Rs. 3,800 per sq.ft.? Why not Rs. 4,000 per sq.ft.? or Rs. 4,500 per sq.ft.?

Why doesn't Skyline at Wakad charge more property price? There are a couple of projects in Wakad Pune which charge more than Rs. 3,800 per sq.ft.!

Can you question the builder about the property rate?

Particularly, when the builder offers a 2 BHK Flat in 3 sizes! Like 2 BHK Cozy, 2 BHK Comfort, 2 BHK Large as Skyline at Wakad is offering. Some of them are worth considering if you love Wakad.

  1. One day you say that 3450 Rs/sq.ft. is high price for megapolis.
Another day you say 3550Rs/sq.ft. is small price.
Is it just a sarcasm or you truly think that this is cheaper than what wakad area deserves?
