You know what i felt when i visited Urbangram? I felt very happy for you, Arvind! These guys - Balasaheb Lagad and Nitin Kulkarni - are eager to deliver you quality construction in a committed property price & time.

Yes, it's a pleasure to see that the construction of all three 12 story towers in Urbangram - D, C & B - has began. Now, even you can see a few columns of D Building. 50 % Pile Foundation of the C Building & B Building is done. As per Nitin Kulkarni, Director, Vastushodh Projects Pvt. Ltd., in the next 6 months R C C of all towers & 70 % brickwork would be ready and plastering would be going on.

I have seen Nitin's clock-work construction management of Anandagram Yavat - CRISIL 5 Star Rated 10 acre township of affordable homes - so more than the construction systems and schedules, i was interested in the construction quality of Urbangram.

You know what Nitin said about the construction quality of Urbangram? Delivering quality construction is not a challenge for my team! It's our culture! Balasaheb Lagad, Chief Engineer of Urbangram, is very particular about testes and reports of the construction materials and the processes.

So, though the steel comes with a test report - directly from the rolling mills - professional agency tests it at Urbangram. Durocrete, a premier building material testing laboratory, tests the Concrete Design Mix and construction materials. Architects - Telesis Architects & Designers Pvt. Ltd., structural designers - Spectrum Consultant, and surveyors - Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. are involved in the Pile Foundation. Aaryan Structcon, one of the largest integrated testing and design consulting companies in India, tests every pile - 10 to 15 meter deep hole drilled in the ground and filled with the reinforced concrete - and submits it's "Pile Integrity Test Reports".
