Eiffel City Chakan - current property rates and budgets for 1.5 bhk, 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk fully furnished flats

For 1st to 7th floor:



All inclusive total property price. Basic cost + covered parking + society formation + MSEB + stamp duty + registration charges. Agreement to be done after 15 days. Construction up to 6-7 th slab of all buildings. Possession from April to November 2010.

1.5 bhk flat: 744 sq.ft. saleable: Rs. 15,78,375

2 bhk flat: 638/651 sq.ft. saleable: Rs. 13,71,375

2 bhk flat: 904 sq.ft. saleable: Rs. 18,61,245

2 bhk flat: 1074 sq.ft. saleable: Rs. 21,86,928

2.5 bhk flat: 1242 sq.ft. saleable: Rs. 25,13,955

You must be joking!

What will you say if i tell you that:
1) Advance maintenance charges, to be paid at the time of possession: @90 paise per sq.ft. for 24 months.
2) Society maintenance FD, to be paid at the time of possession: @Rs.50/- per sq.ft.
3) Now, all flats, even 2.5 bhk flats, are fully furnished flats!

  1. I Ravi I would like to know ur decision. I stay out of India and I'm planning to invest my money in Buying a row house at Talegaon Dabhade. As it'll be more affordable for me and to see future growth. So is it ok to buy a house in Talegaon Dabhade or Chakan?? Pls reply.
