  1. The US property prices peaked in 2006, UK in 2007 and India in 2008.
    The bottoming in US property market is likely in 2011. So do you think it will happen earlier in India?
    Since 18th century the cycle is such.

    - Good point!

    - Ask for the file and consult legal expert before giving booking amount to the builder, any builder!

    - Don't take salesman's word. Not i but legal advisor is the right person.
