Eiffel City at Chakan gets a huge response!

You must be joking!


"How was the response?," I asked.

"Huge response!," said Mr. Santosh Bhansali, Director, Eiffel Developers & Realtors Ltd., promoters of Eiffel City at Chakan.

"You must be joking!," I said.

"Compared to the launch of the first phase, how was it? There was a boom in Pune real estate market at that time...," I asked him.

"Huge Response! Better than the launch!!," said Mr. Bhansali.

"You must be joking!," I said.

"It means, your solution is absolutely right!," I said.

"You must be joking!," I said.

"How many bookings. Number of visitors?," i asked.

"Not to be disclosed at this point of time!," said Mr. Bhansali.

"You must be joking!," I said.

"Is 12 lakhs all inclusive price?," i asked.

"Parking, stamp duty, registration is always an extra," said Mr. Bhansali.

"You must be joking!," I said.

"How much extra?," i asked.

"Say 1 lakh!," said Mr. Bhansali.

"You must be joking!," I said.
