  1. Once upon a time, there were a set of greedy builders.

    First, they tried with n number of property exhibitions with Times group in posh hotels in Pune. They got ditched by buyers sicne their rates were inflated by 400%.

    Then they went to Kolhapur. Got ditched.

    Then they went to Auranagabad. Got even worse.

    They are going to Nashik, Nagpur. Common sense will tell what to happen there.

    Almost every month, some or the other property expo comes up. People come, see and go away.

    Lesson is not being learnt. Is it ?
